Whether you’re stretching in the park, flowing in a studio, or exploring a private or group session, there’s a class for every body and every stage of your journey.
Tailored yoga experiences bring the practice to you, wherever you are. Sessions can be one-on-one, small groups, corporate events, or celebrations.
Classes are customized to individual goals and preferences, from deep stretching to energizing flows.
Scheduling and availability vary, and sessions can be adapted for beginners through advanced yogis.
Experience yoga outdoors, where fresh air, natural light, and the rhythm of the day create a restorative practice. Classes are held Sundays at 2:30 PM (weather permitting) at East Cobb Park.
Please bring your own mat, wear comfortable clothing, and bring water.

Join me at The LY Studio in Roswell for a variety of classes designed to strengthen, stretch, and restore your body while cultivating presence and focus. Mats and blocks are provided, but students are encouraged to bring water.
